The RecComp anti static synthetic rubber mat is designed to provide an intracule component to static control in critical electronic assembly and manufacturing process.
The ESD mat is 0.08¡± (2mm) thick, dual sided, and made of a static dissipative, industrial grade elastomer.
The surface has been specially embossed to reduce light glare and prevent parts from slipping.
ESD Safe Two Layer Rubber material: Green Rubber Top, Black Bottom Rubber Layer.
Withstands high temperatures, soldering iron deformation, solvents, flux, and other harsh chemicals.
Material is free of dangerous volatiles with minimal rubber or chemical smell.
Suitable for semiconductor/hard disk drive industry, and other static controlled environments.
Can be trimmed to size.
